Photo 52: Project Light | exploring color of light-2

July 14, 2013  •  4 Comments

Welcome to Photo 52: Project Light blog circle. This month we are exploring the color of light. See my post last week for a more in depth explanation.

This week we are exploring GREEN. Green can be a tricky color to find but I had two places that I knew I wanted to shoot this week. We have green shear drapes in our bedroom that give a lovely soft green glow in the afternoon. And I always get an almost underwater feeling from the greenish florescent lights in the parking garage at our local Ikea. Like we are walking at the bottom of a giant swimming pool.

Photo 52: Project Light is a collaborative year long project I am working on with several other talented photographers. To see all of our submissions for this week just follow the links at the bottom of each blog post. (For more information on Project Light click on my premier post.)

Next click on over to visit Stacey Vukelj and see her interpretation of green light this week. Then please continue around the blog circle to see all of our plays with light.

Love the gorgeous green sheers and the soft light on your daughter!

Look at those big smiles in the last ones. And I love the soft and gentle feel to the first ones.

Lisa - I love both of these series. The first one is so calm and peaceful, and the second looks like just so much fun! Wonderful interpretation this week!
