Photo 52: Project Light | playing with shadows (week 2)

September 16, 2012  •  8 Comments

Today's post is for a long-term collaborative photo project I am participating in with several other talented photographers whom I have come to know and admire over the past year. This project concentrates on light and learning to master its many dynamic forms. We spend several weeks at a time exploring a common overarching theme so we can really dig in deep, have fun, and take creative risks.

Here is my latest take on this month's theme of shadows. Playing with nighttime shadows and textures.

Next up in our creative blog circle is Erica Collins. Please take a moment to check out Erica's play on shadows.

Love the light on the far right of the picture coming in .... the movement of the people...Great job.

Fantastic shot! I love when photography is more about what isn't there...in this case, in the chair and the rest of the figures. Allows for a story to be rendered by each new viewer!

Thank you all for the look and the kind words! A departure for me but I am pleased with the result.
